MidFairfield 2026 - 2027 FINANCIAL APPLICATION

MF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: MidFairfield is mindful of the rising costs of travel youth hockey and offers a formal Financial Assistance Program to support families. Requests are reviewed by a small Board committee and awards are based on demonstrated need and available funds. Assistance may include modified or monthly payment plans, partial tuition scholarships, or other approved tuition accommodations. To be considered, please complete the Mid Fairfield 2026 - 2027 Financial Aid Application and email it to MFYHAhockey@gmail.com no later than April 15, 2026 for Mites through Peewees and May 15, 2026 for Bantams through Midgets. This is the only process MFYHA will use to review financial assistance requests for the 2026 to 2027 season, so please complete the form in full and follow all submission instructions.
